Low emission zones
Meanwhile already over 50 German cities have set up low emission zones (LEZ).
More than 25 cities exclude vehicles with a red sticker completely. In Berlin, Bremen, Frankfurt on Main, Hanover, Leipzig, Osnabrück and Stuttgart vehicles without a green particulate sticker are no longer allowed to drive into the inner-
city area. Further cities announced an aggravation of their environmental zones on green such as Munich in October 2012. Drivers, who infringe the regulations, risk a 40 euro fine and one penalty point on their license recorded at the Flensburg database.

Retrofitted, so fit-for-purpose in LEZs
Fitted with an HJS City-Filter® and depending on its exhaust emissions, your diesel car, van or camper can be issued with a red, yellow or green sticker allowing access to designated low emission zones.
Commercial vehicles such as Heavy Duty Trucks, delivery vehicles and buses fitted with HJS 100% filter systems qualify incontrovertibly for the green LEZ sticker and unrestricted access to low emission zones.
