City buses are a fundamental pillar of the public transport system - both in cities and in suburban areas. That is why particular attention must be paid to emissions of pollutants from these vehicles. Low-emission drive concepts are of public interest, as they dramatically minimize the exposure of the population to the noxious pollutants emitted by diesel traffic.
