Our company, HJS-Fahrzeugtechnik, was founded in April 1976. From the outset, we have developed and manufactured high-quality products for motor vehicles. Our customers from the automobile industry, automotive parts distributors and vehicle workshops know us as an innovative and efficient company. Our market success and good reputation is a result of the way we respond to the demands of our customers and the market and of the highly developed quality awareness of all our employees. We believe that the name HJS is a guarantee of above-average quality. We are committed to protecting human health, nature and the planet's natural resources.
To consolidate and expand our position in the market it is important that we work on quality optimisation across all areas of the company. To achieve the highest possible level of customer satisfaction, the following principles guide all our company's policies and actions:
- Corporate goals are driven by customer and market needs and implemented in line with ecological principles.
- By involving all our employees in the process of continuous improvement, everyone in the company has a part in pursuing/implementing the company's goals.
- By making sure our employees are happy we achieve above average performance.
- All the departments in the company work together in a way that is coordinated and comprehensible. Project management is cross-departmental.
- We have a holistic approach to environmental protection, making sure it is taken into consideration from the early days of product development through to purchasing, manufacture, shipment, use and disposal.
- Preventing mistakes is more important than eliminating them - and makes more sense.
- The management system with all its processes and procedures is based on international standards (DIN EN ISO 9001, VDA 6.1, DIN EN ISO 14001, KBA).
All employees are required to take personal responsibility for the continual development of the management system. We are convinced that we can build on the standard we have already achieved and the continuing refinement of the management system and work together to create a positive future for our company.
