Impressive visitor footfall, numerous new contacts and interesting conversations: the newly established cooperation between Bosch Emission Systems GmbH & Co. KG and HJS Emission Technology GmbH & Co. KG is more than satisfied with the way things went at the 2013 AGRITECHNICA trade fair, which was held in Hanover, Germany, from 12 to 16 November. According to the organisers, the fair once again attracted record numbers of exhibitors and visitors. Some 2,900 exhibitors drew around 450,000 visitors to the exhibition centre – that's 7 per cent more than in 2011.
This growth was noticed by the Bosch Emission Systems and HJS Emission Technology collaboration, too. On an 80-m2 stand, the two firms exhibited their product portfolio of emissions abatement equipment for diesel-powered agricultural and forestry machinery that meets today's and future emissions legislation standards. Together, these cooperation partners are facing up to future challenges, exploiting the specific components of the two firms, and supplying customers with both small- and large-volume system solutions that are all of a piece.
"In addition to the large number of technical innovations from the world of diesel engines, the announcement of this future cooperation between the two companies was, in the eyes of engine manufacturers, without doubt one of the highlights of this year's AGRITECHNICA. It was the first time this concept had been publicly disclosed in this form. The portfolio of systems we offer is most definitely of great interest to a great many manufacturers in the highly diverse segment of the agricultural engineering industry", summed up Michael Himmen, Head of Sales and Marketing at HJS Emission Technology, at the close of the world's largest exhibition for agricultural machinery. Overall, a large number of trade visitors took this opportunity to meet the crew of our stand, inform themselves about new possibilities in exhaust-gas aftertreatment and to discuss the latest products and innovations.
