Your tasks with us

  • Planning, controlling and monitoring of customer projects as well as internal development and organizational projects
  • Coordination and management of interdisciplinary project teams and central interface to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring target achievement in terms of quality, costs and deadlines
  • Identification of potential risks and development of effective solution strategies
  • Preparation of project status reports, presentations and decision papers for the management
  • Further development and optimization of processes and methods in project management

Your profile

  • Completed studies in engineering, economics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Sound knowledge of project management methods and processes, e.g. RfQ, PEP, APQP, DVP/R, FMEA, 8D report
  • Experience in the creation and processing of requirement and functional specifications as well as in feasibility and risk analyses
  • Knowledge of combustion engines and exhaust gas aftertreatment is an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially MS Project, as well as experience with ERP systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a confident demeanor
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Independent, structured and conceptual way of working as well as high flexibility and resilience
  • Business fluent in German and English
