With its previous bending expertise for tubes of up to 3 inches, the focus was on applications in the classic passenger car, construction machinery and light commercial vehicle segments. As machine performance has increased, the company&#8217;s customers have also developed a great need for larger tubes for motors with higher performance. For this reason, HJS&#8217;s bending expertise was expanded with the purchase of a 6-inch tube bending machine in order to be able to serve the broad customer product portfolio in a more targeted manner.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bending radii in a ratio of 1 to the pipe diameter can already be represented using the most common dimensions. This means that even small quantities can be processed competitively in-house in the future.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Application in buses, agricultural machinery etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The larger exhaust pipes are used in applications such as buses, agricultural machinery and trucks, as well as in the mining, rail, marine and compressor sectors.
